The roguelite strategy game Battlestar Galactica: Scattered Hopes is set to release on May 11, 2026, for PC via Steam and GOG, confirmed the publisher Dotemu and studio Alt Shift.
The game's story is set in the familiar sci-fi world where players manage a fleet of surviving humans while fleeing from the relentless Cylons. The emphasis is on making tough decisions – from managing resources and crew to resolving internal crises and exploring new locations in search of supplies and survivors.
The combat combines tactical elements and real-time action, where the goal is to withstand enemy attacks long enough for the fleet to execute a jump to a safe location. Each “run” session brings new challenges, and as you progress, new squadrons, weapons, and upgrades are unlocked.
