Who would have thought that by the end of 2025 a new game in the Carmageddon series would be announced, titled under the codename Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, developed by the studio 34BigThings. As befits modern times, the game will be in a roguelite format with zombies and classic violent racing. The premiere is scheduled for December 4th when the official presentation begins.
Carmageddon: Rogue Shift will be released for the PC version via Steam, while the possibility of a console release is still being considered. The series was once known for its controversies due to the ability to run over pedestrians and cows, and the original Carmageddon was released in 1997.
