In just one week, on October 16, 2025, Z Center in Zagreb will become the main gathering place for the tech community of the region – alongside the fourth edition of the Game Changer 4.0 Superconference, the largest Croatian tech event. More than 100 speakers, five thematic halls, Game Changer awards, and a rich expo and networking zone are expected to attract over 1700 participants from Croatia and the region.
Five halls, five thematic worlds of the future
This year's Game Changer features five parallel program units:
- AI & INNOVATION / DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION – focus on artificial intelligence, humanoid robots, digital transformation, and disruptive technologies.
- GAMIFY / GAMIFICATION – exploring the impact of gamification on healthcare, marketing, customer support, and social change.
- eCommerce / DIGITAL COMMERCE – insights into the latest trends in online shopping, conversions through video content, and digital payment security.
- WEB3 STAGE by Alice in Blockchains – discussions on the future of blockchain, NFTs, regulation, and decentralization.
- STARTUP hall – presentations of startups, investment trends for 2025, and the “Rising Stars” competition.
The complete program will be accompanied by Esports content in the Hall of Game, allowing visitors to try out the new award-winning game Scum2 by Croatian creator Gamepires, and they will have the opportunity to see the humanoid robot Captchu live, along with many other interactive content in the Expo zone of Z Center. For those interested in digital art, from October 15 to 19, 2025, an exhibition by American artist Gretchen Andrew will be available at Z Center.
Awards ceremony and evening networking
One of the main novelties is the public holding of the Game Changer Awards for the first time as part of the conference. Awards will be given in more than 16 categories, from AI and fintech to sustainability and the gaming industry, aiming to highlight individuals, teams, and projects that push the boundaries of the digital world.
