ROMEO IS A DEAD MAN has received an official release date — the game will be released on February 11, 2026, on PC (Steam and Microsoft Store), as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X&S.
Developed by Grasshopper Manufacture (the studio behind cult titles like No More Heroes and Shadows of the Damned), ROMEO brings “ultra-violent, sci-fi action” where the main protagonist, Romeo Stargazer, survives death thanks to the “DeadGear” mask and embarks on a mission as an agent of the FBI's “Space-Time” unit.
The game combines brutal brawling and shooting — Romeo switches between swords and weapons to confront gangs torn through the multiverse. The story follows his quest for the mysteriously missing girl “Juliet” as he tries to establish order in the shattered universe.
