Blizzard held the second of four planned presentations yesterday as part of the 35th anniversary celebration. After receiving news about World of Warcraft last week, it was time for the popular shooter Overwatch yesterday. The biggest news is that they are dropping number 2 and the name will again be Overwatch, starting over from season 1 which begins on February 10.
It was also announced that there will be ten new heroes, of which five will arrive with the first season, along with new story, events, and even a collaboration with Hello Kitty.
"Overwatch is more than a number, it is a living universe that continues to grow, surprising players around the world. This year is crucial for the vision of the future, and we are officially dropping number 2 and moving forward as Overwatch." said Blizzard in an official statement.
