Before the final of the traditional tournament Six Invitational in Rainbow Six Siege, three team members revealed what we can expect in the eleventh year of the popular shooter, and there was certainly no shortage of information. To start, we received a trailer that introduces us to the story of the entire year, which focuses on the last mission of the Rainbow team before they disband.
However, the team cannot disappear forever, and an old and familiar face has also been given the opportunity to join them, and it is none other than Bishop, whom many remember as the main character from Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
What everyone was expecting, however, is more news about the new operator coming in the first season, and it is the master of stealth Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series, who has come to assist the Rainbow team in the Silent Hunt operation at the request of his old rival Sam Fisher. For those who may not be familiar with the early 2000s, this duo fought over which series was better and more popular. As part of the Silent Hunt operation, we will also get a new map Calypso Casino, which we have already visited in Rainbow Six Vegas.
This year, Siege will bring us four seasons and a bunch of new features, including a ranked system, mastery options for operators, map and operator reworks, with it being revealed that Dokkaebi will be significantly reworked in the second season. Rainbow Six Siege Operation Silent Hunt will begin on March 3.
