New gameplay and details for the Halloween game have finally come to light, and the developers from IllFonic are not saving on their promises. They describe the asymmetrical 1v4 horror experience as their bloodiest and scariest project to date. In the center of everything is, of course, Michael Myers. The more powerful Myers is, the more deadly, violent and spectacular his finishers are. Myers can go into first-person mode, turn off the power, turn off the lights, and cause a complete blackout in order to hunt survivors as efficiently as possible, all the while slowly building their fear and paranoia. On the other hand, survivors are not completely helpless. I can attack Myers with various weapons, but I can't kill him. Instead, they have interesting tactical options at their disposal. They can alert NPC residents, recruit them as helpers, and even call the police to temporarily arrest Myers. The Halloween game also has an official release date. The game arrives on September 8, 2026, which means horror fans will have the perfect title for the upcoming Halloween season.
