KONAMI has officially announced KICK BUDS, an unusual multiplayer title that combines soccer and party royale gameplay for PC, iOS and Android.
Unlike classic soccer games, KICK BUDS puts players in chaotic arenas where the goal is to survive and outplay opponents using soccer moves like kicks, jumps, and tricks.
The game features multiple game modes, including Party Royale (multi-round battle royale style) and Team Soccer Royale, where teams of three players battle for victory. The playtest has already started and lasts until March 25 on PC and mobile devices in selected regions, while the full release has not yet been announced in detail.
KICK BUDS clearly targets the casual audience and fans of fast-paced multiplayer games, offering something completely different from traditional football simulations.
