Development team Unfrozen with publishers Ubisoft and Hooded Horse announced the release date of the next game of the famous strategy series Heroes of Might and Magic. Heroes of Might and Magic Olden Era will be out in early access on the 30th. April and exclusively for PC, and will be available as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
Also published is a list of everything this phase will contain:
- Six unique factions: Temple, Dungeon, Schism, Grove, Necropolis, and Hive
- Tutorial section
- The first chapter of the campaign (the rest will come with the full release)
- Predetermined scenarios with special stories (more will be added as the stage develops)
- Classic, Single Hero and Arena game modes for single-player and multiplayer
- Matchmaking, ranked play and multiplayer leaderboards
- High selection of alternating maps for endless playability
- Hotseat way to play with friends and family on one computer
- A series of challenges in the form of puzzles
- Early version of the folder editor
Heroes of Might and Magic Olden Era is a new game in the famous series, and it is set in Eroth, which is located on the continent of Jadame, which was mentioned in previous games, but did not appear directly. Players are invited to explore a living and colorful fictional world full of wonder and danger.
