Publisher Devolver Digital and studio doinksoft announced Dark Scrolls, a new fantasy action platformer coming to Nintendo Switch and PC in 2026. It is a side-scrolling title that combines a fast-paced shoot 'em up style with roguelite progression, offering chaotic action, procedurally generated levels and numerous secrets to discover.
The game will support solo play, but also co-op (local and online), while players will take control of different characters with unique abilities. During gameplay, money will be collected for upgrades, new attacks and special powers that enable spectacular fights against increasingly difficult enemies and bosses.
