Side-scrolling roguelike action platformer Atomic Owl is coming to consoles. Development team Monster Theater and publisher eastasiasoft announced that the game will be released on 20. May at a price of 13 euros for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. Atomic Owl originally appeared on PC on June 31, 2025 and the console version will come with new improvements, bug fixes and NO ROGUELITE mode.
Atomic Owl follows the character Hidalgo Bladewing and his companion who, after completing a mission, go to their favorite ramen restaurant and there they meet the crow Omega Wing who is looking for revenge. Two years later Hidalgo must save his friends from Omega Wing with the help of a chaotic sword that can talk. Atomic Owl also combines fast-paced platforming and dynamic hack-and-slash combat and takes us on a journey through eight different levels.
