Gamescom Asia has announced that this year's edition will feature 70+ panelists. Among them will be Glen Schofield, who has worked on the Dead Space, Callisto Protocol, and Call of Duty series; he will reveal how the creative process of video game development flows, but will also touch on modern topics such as artificial intelligence. All panelists will be part of Gamescom Asia x Thailand Games Show 2025.
Other notable guests will include: Marvel Games' Danny Koo (Marvel Rivals), Ubisoft's Alex Karpazis (Rainbow Six: Siege X, Far Cry 5), Gearbox's Fleur Marty (Far Cry), and Wargaming's Eric Shin (World of Warships and World of Tanks).
This year, Gamescom Asia is merging with Thailand Game Show to create the largest gaming event in the region. Previously, Asia was held in Singapore; this will take place from October 16 to 19 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and will feature a large business area, a conference, and an exciting entertainment zone.
The event is aimed at development teams looking to make connections with partners, as well as players who will be able to try out the latest games. Some of the companies that will be present include: Bandai Namco, Capcom, Daedalic, HoYoverse, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Ubisoft, and Xbox.
There will also be a tournament in Street Fighter 6 that will bring together some of the best players from South Asia, along with a cosplay competition and other activities that will be announced soon. For all future information, follow the official page.
