Techland has announced that they have postponed the release of Dying Light: The Beast. This spin-off was supposed to be released on August 22, but the new date is September 19. This decision was made, they say, to get more time to polish the game before its release.
"Our goal has always been to make Dying Light: The Beast our best game ever. To stay true to that promise, we decided to move the release date to September 19, 2025 to get more time for polishing."
"We understand that this is disappointing for many, but our experience has shown us how important the first impression is. With an additional four weeks, we can address the details that will make the difference between great and perfect."
Dying Light: The Beast will be released for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation and once again follows Kyle Crane, who has been turned into a zombie after one of the endings from the original and has been in captivity for thirteen years.
