The Croatian Audiovisual Council, based on the proposal of the director of the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, is announcing a Public Call to encourage audiovisual activities and creativity in 2025, category: encouraging the development and production of video games. Interested parties can also participate in a special workshop about this Public Call, which will be held on Tuesday, September 16, starting at 10 AM.
The aim of this category within the Public Call is to encourage the development of excellence in video games of educational, cultural, and/or artistic significance that are of interest to the Republic of Croatia and Croatian and European audiovisual culture.

Applications and all documents must be submitted in Croatian, electronically/online and no later than October 9, 2025.
Online Workshop
The Croatian Audiovisual Centre is organizing a special online workshop where the Public Call for encouraging the development and production of video games in 2025 will be presented.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 16, starting at 10 AM, via the Microsoft Teams platform.
The workshop will be led by Juraj Hrvoje Krašković, a video game advisor at HAVC, who will explain the conditions and criteria of the Public Call, the application process, and answer frequently asked questions and uncertainties. After the workshop, during the Q&A session, participants will be able to ask questions directly to the artistic advisor.
The workshop is open to all interested parties, and participation is free and does not require prior registration. It is sufficient to access this link on the day of the workshop.
