Yacht Club Games (Shovel Knight) has announced the release date for the action-adventure Mina the Hollower. After six years of development, Mina will be released on May 29 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2 at a price of 20 euros; unfortunately, the previously announced versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One have been canceled.
Mina the Hollower is an 8-bit style game that tells the story of a mouse named Mina who must save a cursed island. With visuals reminiscent of the old Game Boy Color and modern animations and responsive controls, the game is sure to achieve the same success as Shovel Knight. The Legend of Zelda also served as a major inspiration for the story.
