Solo developer Friedemann has officially confirmed that his successful indie games SUMMERHOUSE and Slots & Daggers will be available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox platforms via Xbox Play Anywhere support starting May 15, 2026.
Both games have achieved great success on PC in recent months and have built a strong indie community thanks to very positive player feedback on Steam.
SUMMERHOUSE has particularly stood out as a cozy building game focused on relaxing arrangement and decoration of cottages, and has sold over 400 thousand copies to date. The game currently has over 3000 Steam reviews with an impressive 93% positive rating.
On the other hand, Slots & Daggers combines roguelite mechanics and slot machine gameplay in an unusual blend of strategy and luck-based systems. Since its release last October, the game has nearly reached 300 thousand copies sold and currently has over 6500 Steam reviews with an impressive 94% positive rating.
The arrival of both games on consoles further confirms how smaller indie projects have become an important part of the gaming scene in recent years, especially when they manage to find original gameplay ideas and a strong community.
SUMMERHOUSE and Slots & Daggers are coming to PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox on May 15, 2026.
