SCUF Gaming has introduced the SCUF Omega, a new high-performance controller designed for players on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. This is a controller designed for competitive gaming, with an emphasis on speed, customization, and minimal input lag.
SCUF Omega features Omron mechanical switches for triggers, action buttons, and D-pad, which should enable faster and more precise response during gameplay. On PC, the controller also supports a 1K polling rate in both wired and wireless modes, further reducing input delay.
A strong emphasis is placed on customization. Through the SCUF Mobile App for iOS and Android, it is possible to remap buttons, adjust the response curves of the analog sticks and triggers, and configure 0% deadzone settings in real-time. The controller has a total of 11 additional customizable inputs, including rear paddles, side action buttons, and G-buttons.
SCUF has also integrated Endurance TMR analog sticks into the Omega controller, which should offer greater durability and smoother operation during extended use. The controller also lacks vibration modules, which reduces weight and improves focus on precision, especially in competitive shooters.
SCUF Omega will be available globally from May 12, 2026, and its price is €239.99. In addition to PlayStation 5 consoles, it supports PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
