The dark roguelite Arms of God is arriving at launch, bringing brutal "bullet heaven" action, weapon combinations, and over 60 levels.

The action roguelite Arms of God, developed by the Polish studio Dark Jay Studio, is coming to Early Access on June 8, 2026, for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The release date was revealed during the Wishlisted Showcase at LVL UP EXPO.

The game features fast “autoshooter” action with a pronounced “bullet heaven” approach, along with an aesthetic inspired by titles like Doom – emphasizing brutal combat, a metal soundtrack, and roguelite progression. One of the main mechanics allows players to use up to five weapons simultaneously, which can be upgraded and combined into devastating builds.

The Early Access version will include the complete core gameplay: 60 story levels, 10 bosses, and as many as 60 different weapons. Further development towards version 1.0, planned for early 2027, will include additional weapons, enemies, difficulty levels, and new gameplay modes. Local co-op and console versions are also in the works.

The project is being developed by Dominik Sójka, a solo developer with experience on games like The Beast Inside and The Medium, while Barbara Sójka handles marketing and business aspects. The game's publisher is Galaktus Publishing. According to the creators, Arms of God aims to stand out among similar titles by combining an advanced weapon merging system, 3D visuals (in a genre dominated by pixel art), and an additional narrative layer.

During February, the game participated in Steam Next Fest where it ranked among the top 100 most played demos with a “Very Positive” rating (88%). The demo was tried by over 15,000 players, and the game attracted the attention of numerous influencers. Additionally, the studio participated in an initiative to introduce an official “Bullet Heaven” tag on Steam, which also resulted in the announcement of the first Steam Bullet Fest to be held in June 2026.
