The Chinese Room and publishers Paradox Interactive and White Wolf have delighted players with new news. Namely, the Lasombra and Toreador clans will not be paid DLC in the upcoming Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 as previously stated.
Instead, they announced two new story additions “Loose Cannon” and “The Flower & the Flame” that will allow players to explore Seattle from the perspective of Sheriff Camarilla Benny Muldoon and Primogen Ysabelle Moore, both planned for release in 2026 and will be part of the expansion pass in the premium edition of the game.
"We thank our community for their honest feedback on Bloodlines 2 and the premium edition. The feedback was clear: Lasombra and Toreadors belong in the standard game and that is exactly what we will do. We also want to thank The Chinese Room for such a quick adjustment. We are constantly amazed by their skills and creativity in crafting interesting stories that will connect to the main story in Bloodlines 2," said White Wolf's Vice President and Executive Producer of the game Marco Behrmann.
It has also been revealed what we can expect in digital and physical copies of the game:
