Studio Kintsugiyama led by former director of Overwatch Jeff Kaplan has announced its new project. The Legend of California is a first-person survival game with a focus on action and exploration.
The Legend of California is set in California, during the gold rush, and it will be up to us to become the legend of this region. We will achieve this by building our own ranch, collecting resources and equipment, and exploring nature. The Legend of California will be playable alone or in a group of up to four players, and all progress will be shared.
The Legend of California is in development for PC, with no release date.
