FlatOut 4: Total Insanity VR will be released in the Early Access version for SteamVR on April 23, 2026, bringing the famous destructive racing gameplay to virtual reality. It is a VR-only title that will allow players to enjoy the chaotic races, crashes and various modes that the series is known for, but now from a completely immersive perspective.
The game will support single-player and multiplayer content, with new elements and modes adapted to the VR experience. As a reminder, the original FlatOut 4 was released in 2017, and the new VR version tries to revive the series through modern technology and a different way of playing
