Our premise

Virus.hr is a Croatian gaming portal dedicated to video games, the industry, and gaming culture, along with covering tech topics such as gaming hardware and accessories. We bring daily news, reviews, announcements, first impressions, guides, thematic and special articles, editorial reflections, and reports from conferences, game fairs, and major digital presentations. The portal covers games for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and mobile platforms. In addition to major global titles, the portal pays special attention to indie games, the Japanese scene, retro titles, local and regional projects, and topics that often remain outside the focus of larger media.

Virus.hr is developing its own editorial approach inspired by portals like Gematsu, Push Square, Nintendo Life, Pure Xbox, and Eurogamer. Articles are published in Croatian, and the content is also available in English to make Virus.hr more accessible to a wider international audience. The goal of the portal is to provide readers with an overview of the most important game recommendations, editorial reviews, and news from the world of video games in one place.
