Warner Bros. Games and Player First Games announced on Friday that season 5 will be the last for their fighting title MultiVersus. The season will run from February 5 to May 30 when it will be removed from digital platforms; after support ends, the game will have an offline mode through local multiplayer and solo battles against the computer or three other players.
To continue playing after the shutdown, players must download or install the latest version and log in during the season; a local document will be created that will be linked to the account and allow enjoyment offline with all previously purchased items.
Anyone who previously purchased Gleamium currency will not receive their money back.
