Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics has surpassed one million copies sold according to the latest Capcom report. The game was released on September 12, 2024, for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam), while the Xbox One version was released on February 4, 2025.
The collection includes seven classic arcade fighting titles: X-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes, Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, and The Punisher. The game supports online battles (ranked, casual, lobby), rollback netcode, a persistent training mode, global leaderboards, a museum, a jukebox, and various display options – all of which make this collection a great tribute to the legacy of Capcom and Marvel.
