Blizzard has shared plans for Diablo IV with players for the remainder of this year. The current season (Witchcraft) has brought a lot to the game, which is evident in the graphics, but it is more interesting to see how during the periods from April to June and September to December the team plans collaborations with other titles.
Diablo IV is also approaching its second anniversary, which will be celebrated in June, and knowing Blizzard, players will definitely be richly rewarded. Next year, a new expansion, rank system, and leaderboards are planned, but the team has also decided to leave something as a surprise. Just a few days after Diablo's birthday, there will be an Xbox Showcase where we will surely learn more about upcoming collaborations.
The official website briefly explained what will be the focus of the upcoming seasons, which will include:
- Belial’s Return: Belial, the lord of lies has returned to shape reality to his will. Brave warriors will clash with Belial and 2 bosses from Vessel of Hatred as part of the enhanced Lair Boss system.
- Sins of the Horadrim: we return to Nightmare Dungeons with new activities that will help us progress while hunting down the hell barons.
- Infernal Chaos: fire hordes have become even more chaotic. Plus, there will be advanced options between Infernal Waves.
- Quality of Life: in addition to seasonal updates, more permanent improvements will come to the game.
