Nintendo has officially announced its lineup for Gamescom 2025, which will take place from August 20 to 24, 2025, in Cologne. Visitors can expect a diverse offering of both first-party and third-party titles — including several exclusive demos that will be available to play at the event.

First-party titles

  • Donkey Kong Bananza - spiritual sequel to Super Mario Odyssey
  • Mario Kart World – a new innovative version of the famous racing franchise
  • Metroid Prime 4: Beyond – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition – sequel to the beloved 3D Metroid series with enhancements for the new generation
  • Nintendo GameCube – Nintendo Classics – nostalgia in action: selected GameCube classics are revived on the Switch platform
  • Pokémon Legends: Z‑A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition – a new Pokémon adventure optimized for Switch
  • Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV – a different party experience with additional TV content

Third-party titles

  • Borderlands 4 (2K) — the new installment of the excellent looter-shooter series
  • Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition (CD Projekt) — expanded and refined chaotic world of Night City
  • EA Sports FC 26 (EA) — the latest edition of the popular football simulation
  • Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition (Bandai Namco) — upgrade of the hit RPG with new content
  • Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (Square Enix) — remastered version of the cult title optimized for new consoles
  • Hades II (Supergiant Games) — sequel to the critically acclaimed action roguelike hit
  • Hollow Knight: Silksong (Team Cherry) — long-awaited sequel to the indie hit Hollow Knight
