At the beginning of this year, Niantic's mobile title Monster Hunter Now received a collaboration with the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds in the form of bonus items. Today it was announced that Now will receive a new season featuring a new collaboration.

Players will encounter Chatacabra from Wilds, 12 new weapons (also from Wilds), and a balloon shaped like the Seikret mount during their adventures. As for the new season, it will be called The Blossoming Blade (starts March 6) and will bring several classic monsters: The Glavenus (Monster Hunter Generation) and Arzuorsa (Monster Hunter Portable 3rd).

Niantic also stated that this will not be the last collaboration with Monster Hunter Wilds, as they will continue throughout 2025. "This is the beginning of the collaboration between Monster Hunter Wilds and Monster Hunter Now, and we plan to continue it later."

Monster Hunter Wilds is releasing next Friday for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
