Amazon has announced that it is preparing a new series based on the first Life is Strange game. According to Variety, it will be a direct adaptation of the story about Max and Chloe.
The series will be exclusively available on the streaming service Amazon Prime Video, and the director will be Charlie Covell (The End of the F***ing World, Kaos), while the cast has not yet been confirmed.
"It is a great honor for me to work on the adaptation of Life is Strange for Amazon MGM Studios. I am a huge fan of the game and I am thrilled to be working with the incredible teams at Square Enix, Story Kitchen, and LuckyChap. I can't wait to share the story of Max and Chloe with players and a new audience," said Covell.
Along with Amazon, the series will also be produced by Square Enix, Story Kitchen, and LuckyChap.
