Nightdive Studios has delayed the release of the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch versions of System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster. Instead of June 26, 2025, the game will be released on consoles in the first two weeks of July. As for the PC version, it will be released in two days as originally planned.
The reason for the console delay is the observed problems during the execution of the game. Nightdive Studio is currently working on fixing these technical difficulties. The release date will be revealed soon.
