A squirrel with a gun is a cute funny and silly game about, believe it or not, a squirrel! The squirrel stumbles upon a secret weapon, which appears to be a large golden acorn, and she eats it. After that, an alarm sounds and an army of secret agents starts hunting that same little squirrel who doesn't even understand what's going on.

So in the game we have access to a pistol, an Uzi (SMG), a grenade launcher, a shotgun, a bazooka revolver and bombs that are activated by a shot available on the map. As for vehicles, we have a choice of a small car, something like a remote-controlled car, and a ship for the later part of the game.
After collecting enough golden acorns, "Daddy" emerges from his bunker and appears in his tank. From the moment "Dad" appears, the entrance to his bunker becomes available to us and we actually get to the first boss, popularly called "Boss fight".
Defeating the "Dad" agent is not overly demanding, but it takes a little time to figure out what exactly needs to be done to drain said boss's energy. After defeating "Dad" the agent, we returned to the open world on the street and unlocked an additional part of the map that was not available until that moment, and only then do we reach the part where we can, if the number of gold acorns collected is sufficient, afford the boat we mentioned earlier. It is interesting that the boat is made of 2 parts, which makes the game even funnier. One of those two works is the boat itself, but the other part of the boat is, no more and no less, a banana surf that is being dragged behind the boat. We have the choice to sit on one or the other part and drive the boat from the chosen perspective.
We have to admit, it's fun and funny to control a tiny squirrel with a big gun and armed with other listed weapons through realistic platformer-style locations, and fight against agents of the secret force along the way. The executions themselves are not overly brutal, but they are done in the manner of the best action movies for children and young people.
In addition to the gameplay, attention to detail intrigued me. Especially for perfectionists trying to collect everything the game has to offer, this is extremely well done. Thus, when we dress our squirrel in a dress and give it a female gender, the squirrel starts running, but as long as it doesn't have a dress, it runs classically on all fours. In the clothing selection there is also a suit of the bomb disposal team. This suit protects us from any explosions at the cost of movement speed. There is also a watch strap, a white formal suit, a wedding ring as a hat, a fancy hat, various colors of fur, a cowboy hat, etc. In any case, there are a lot of clothes to choose from, especially for people who like to deal with photo mode in games where it is available, namely this fun game also has a photo mode.
If you are looking for a game that will make you laugh and entertain you for several hours of playing, and you are a fan of dark humor, we definitely recommend Squirrel with a Gun.
