The game combines elements of exploration and decision-making that affect the flow of the story and the ending of the game.
Visually, the game uses simple graphic elements with a dynamic lighting system that adds to the atmosphere. During our gameplay, we noticed certain technical flaws (twitching and slower performance in certain parts).
Despite its technical shortcomings, Helios Hotel has a certain charm thanks to humorous dialogues and distinctive characters, reminiscent of B-movies of the horror genre. However, the current availability of only the first two chapters may leave players feeling incomplete.
In conclusion, Helios Hotel: The Night Shift offers an interesting horror experience with potential, but currently suffers from technical issues and incomplete content. Despite the extremely low price of 2.99 euros, we recommend waiting for the release of the remaining chapters and possible performance improvements before deciding on this horror adventure.
