Microids has announced a new game based on the manga series Cobra by the Japanese author Buichi Terasawa. Space Adventure Cobra - The Awakening is an action platformer which follows the title character Cobra and his companion Armanoid.
Their task is to rescue three mysterious sisters who are connected to a treasure that a group of space pirates wants to reach. This is the first adaptation of the series for modern consoles and will follow everyone 12 episodes of the anime and wants to keep its spirit.
