I played Twinkleby and had a relaxing decorating experience that almost hypnotizes me. From the first moment I feel calmness — no rush, no punishment, only endless creativity. Reviews often mention that the game "feels like therapy"—slowing down, relaxing, allowing me to truly focus on decorating.

I'm starting with my first island — I don't have many decorations at first, but that doesn't discourage me. I put up walls, choose floors, backgrounds, colors and lighting. When a new neighbor appears, I carefully review their wishes: someone needs a plant, someone a musical instrument, another a certain setting — maybe dark at night or a certain season. When I fulfill those wishes, the neighbor bursts into joy, sings his tune, and gives me Stellars, which I use to buy new things.

The funnest part: if the neighbor is no longer pleasing me or bothering me, I can throw his coffin over the edge of the island — he leaves with a sad sigh and a parachute, and I get the freedom to rearrange the space. It's a bit drastic, but in this world it seems completely logical and fun.

I liked the interaction of the neighbors with the decorations: I watch them eat, sleep, play instruments, walk through the parks — everything brings my arrangement to life and I feel that my design breathes. Additionally, the inventory of items I find is carried with me from island to island — if I find three tables in one, I'll have them in the following locations as well.

However, the game is not quite perfect. The beginning seemed slow to me — I needed patience as I collected Stellares and unlocked new decorations. Also, sometimes I wasn't sure exactly what the conditions were for a rare neighbor to appear — the time period, season, background, and item combinations remain pretty hidden, so I feel frustrated when the desired neighbor is absent.

Still, despite these minor ambiguities, Twinkleby became a little world of peace for me. When I want to escape from stress, I sit down, open the islands and start composing — no pressure, no rush, just me and my artistic sense. In that dreamy universe, I allow myself to enjoy color, form and harmony just the way I want.
