The controversial title Six Days in Fallujah has received its first major update called Command and Control today, after the game was released as early access on Steam last year. This is the first major story expansion that brings "documentary missions".
It includes two missions that will guide players through reconstructions of real events with original archival footage and interviews with American and Israeli soldiers who participated in the second battle for Fallujah in November 2004.
Also, for those who want a solo experience, there is a mod inspired by other tactical shooters such as Ubisoft's Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, and other major titles in the genre. Players will control AI teammates who are "modeled on real military tactics".
The new and eighth procedural mission HLZ Wolf is also part of this update; in these types of missions, the positions of buildings and enemies change with each new playthrough. Unlike before when they were co-op, they can now be played solo with AI teammates.
