The independent team Midnight Madness has announced that they are working on reviving the cult classic Counter Strike 1.6. The original version is already 25 years old, but it still has a large community of players. CS: Legacy will base its graphics on the Source Engine from 2013. It is expected to be playable later this year.
Midnight Madness stated that their goal is to preserve the classic CS gameplay that made it legendary, but with improved graphics. The team has not revealed whether this mod will be free or if we will have to pay for it.
