PlayStation will continue the tradition of missing gaming fairs and thus will not appear at Gamescom for the sixth year. They confirmed this in an interview with GamesWirtschaft from the German branch, of course, they will be present in the form of their PlayStation 5 consoles on which upcoming titles will be demonstrated, and their logo will surely be seen during Opening Night Live hosted by Geoff Keighley.
"Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) currently has no plans to be represented as an exhibitor at Gamescom 2025. However, we look forward to the exciting content and publications that will be released throughout the year."
