Epic Games announced that on December 6th, they will permanently return the original Fortnite map. Players had the opportunity to return to where it all began last November, but it was only a short event.
The then Fortnite OG event, according to Epic, was the biggest day in the game's history with 44.7 million players and 102 million hours of gameplay. In a post on the company's official X profile, they said yesterday: "OG is BACK and here to stay. Experience Battle Royale from the beginning and explore the OG map, collect OG loot, and enjoy OG seasons. Jump back in on December 6th."
