The Z Center hosted the Game Changer 4.0 Superconference, which once again confirmed its status as the largest Croatian tech innovation event. More than 120 panelists and 1500 participants, five thematic halls, an awards ceremony in 15 exceptional categories, and a rich expo zone, along with a selection for the best Start-up, and an exhibition of digital works by American artist, transformed Z Center into a place where one could see and feel what the future looks like.
A special highlight was the Entertainment zone where visitors could try out the award-winning Croatian game SCUM by Gamepires. One of the peaks of the conference was the humanoid robot Captcha, who participated in a lecture and captured a large part of the attention in the interaction he had with visitors, programmed with adolescent behavior that made his expression sarcastic and humorous. All of this, in addition to the ticket, brought visitors together to socialize in the free Entertainment and Expo zone.
The Expo zone was the center of interaction and networking, while the artistic dimension of the event was brought by the digital exhibition of American artist Gretchen Andrew, whose works were brought by the platform Shpigl, and could be viewed until October 19 at Z Center.
Throughout the day, participants could follow the competition of Croatian start-ups, in which first place was won by Juicefast, second by Agesync, while third place was taken by Smart Hospitality. At the end of the day, the Game Changer awards were presented to the most innovative projects and ideas.
Awards were presented in 15 categories, including AI, fintech, sustainability, and the gaming industry.

Through Game Changer, it was once again shown and proven that technology is not just a tool, but a story about people, collaboration, and ideas that change the world. For one day, Zagreb literally lived the future and opened its doors to curious minds as well as experts in this field. The event once again confirmed Zagreb's status as a growing hub of the regional tech innovation scene and a place where ideas that shape the future are born.
