Cave Crave is a VR caving simulation for PlayStation VR2 that emphasizes realism and immersion. The visual presentation of the underground caves is impressive – the dark, claustrophobic corridors full of detail (rocks, mud) look believable, and the PSVR2's OLED screen with deep blacks further enhances the atmosphere of the dark environment. VR gameplay runs smoothly with sharp resolution and high frame rates, with no noticeable technical difficulties or display compromises. drawing the player fully into the environment.

The controls in Cave Crave are intuitive and based on physical movements. The player grabs the rock and ground with his hands and crawls and climbs through narrow passages with his own movements, while in the tightest tunnels he even has to hold his breath in order to get out. The use of tools (such as climbing pegs, hammers for breaking obstacles and chalk for marking the path) is performed naturally - each tool has a tactile application in the VR environment, which further increases the sense of presence.

Overall, Cave Crave stands out as a unique VR spelunking experience. Although it currently offers a relatively limited amount of content (the campaign can be completed in about 2-3 hours), the game provides solid value for the asking price, and the planned free upgrades (new modes, levels, multiplayer, etc.) promise to further extend and enrich the experience.
