ARVORE and Sony Pictures Virtual Reality have announced a release date for VR title The Boys Trigger Warning, based on the Emmy Award-winning series of the same name. This stealth action game will be released on the 26th. March for Meta Quest devices at a price of $24, and a version is also planned for PlayStation VR2 which does not yet have a release date.

"By creating a game set in the world of The Boys, our team is focused on bringing an experience that is authentic to the series, but that gives you the feeling of being a superhero that you can only feel in VR. Thanks to Sony Pictures Entertainment and the creators of the series, we have created something not often seen in adaptations. We can't wait to see how players enjoy the story and characters we brought to this the world," said ARVORE Chief Creative Officer Ricardo Laganaro.

The Boys Trigger Warning follows the character Lucas Costa whose family is killed during a reunion, and the main culprits are the former heroes Armstrongs and the Boys take Lucas under their wing and give him powers to carry out his revenge. Several actors from the series will return to lend their voices, including: Laz Alonso (Mother's Milk), Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett) and P.J. Byrne (Adam Bourke).
