Six Days in Fallujah is a game that has garnered a lot of attention for its subject matter and approach to depicting the real events of the Second Battle of Fallujah. This November, the game will receive a major update called Command and Control, which will include the first documentary missions.
These missions will focus on the start of the Second Color for Fallujah, which began on November 7, 2004, and was one of the fiercest conflicts of that period. The missions will include documentary videos that will be shown before, during and after the missions, with interviews with Iraqis and Americans who participated in the combat.
The update will also bring a new AI system for teams, allowing players to issue commands to their NPC teammates, as well as more than 300 technical improvements. Versions of the game for current consoles are expected to be available in 2025.
The game is available via Early Access on Steam from November 2023 and this update will be free for all players.
