Endoparasitic je tactical survival horror game in which you have to perform every action manually - from movement to loading your weapon - due to the challenge of using only one limb. Players are forced to balance moving and shooting with limited ammo, while carefully planning their exploration routes to avoid being overpowered and surrounded by monsters.
