The popular character from Wes Craven's Scream franchise is coming to the Khaos Reigns DLC for Mortal Kombat 1. For anyone who owns the most expensive edition of the game, Ghostface will be available in early access from November 19, while others will be able to play it from November 26.
The actor who played him in the movies, Roger L. Jackson will reprise the role in the game, this is Ghostface's debut in the world of Mortal Kombat, and before that he could be found in Call of Duty and Dead by Daylight. Khaos Reigns will bring Conan, Terminator T-1000, Cyrax, Sektor and Noob Saibot to the roster in the future.
Ghostface also breaks a nine-year-old curse and will be the first slasher character after a long series of years, before him Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees and Leatherface could be played in other parts.
