The legendary British spy mouse, Danger Mouse, is getting his own video game – and as early as next year! It is being developed by Art of Play in collaboration with Boat Rocker Media and the BBC on the occasion of the franchise's 45th anniversary. It's a 2D side-scroller action with a total of 15 exciting levels filled with boss battles and classic espionage plots – from chasing his legendary MarkIV vehicle, flying all the way to… tap-dancing!
The game will offer local co-op: players can play together as Danger Mouse and his faithful sidekick Penfold, together facing Baron Greenback and his minions. Also, there are mini-games, and all with plenty of – well, toilet humor – but no profanity.

The target platform is multiple: the game will be released on PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam (physical release planned for PlayStation5 and Switch) - all in 2026. Along with the announcement, it was also confirmed that a Kickstarter campaign for financial support will be launched at the end of 2025 - October 1, 2025 to be exact.
