Wargaming, developer and publisher of historically accurate multiplayer games World of Warships celebrates 10 years offshore. To celebrate the last decade of naval warfare, the September update brings a lot of content, with special rewards like supercontainers and ships, a new harbor full of hidden gifts, and German cruisers in Early Access. To round off the celebrations, the update also brings "Back to the Past" - a special game mode that takes players into different eras of the game - and a new season of clan and ranked battles.
Over the past decade, World of Warships has continued to expand its global player base, delivering more than 800 historically accurate ships to take into battle and amassing more than 1.2 billion hours of gameplay. More than just a game, World of Warships has worked to support various charities, including Save the Children i Help for Heroes, worked with the community to raise more than $240,000 and foster initiatives such as The museum's longest night-an annual World of Warships live broadcast dedicated to educating viewers about naval museums around the world.
September update full of attractive content. Daily rewards are available to players through the login calendar – they include Super Containers, Ships, Credits, Coal, Free Experience, Premium Account Days and Armory Tokens. Longtime players get exclusive containers with tier VIII and X premium ships.
A new feature is the special game mode "Return to the past", which without carriers and submarines brings an original game experience through six chapters. The new "Decade Anchorage" harbor holds gifts and a personal career log, while the arrival of Tier VI-X German cruisers offers ships adapted for close combat.
Rounding out the update, World of Warship continues the In the Name of Tomorrow campaign, asymmetric battles are back, module damage has been reworked, submarines are coming into operations, and there's a new season of clan and ranked battles. You can find the full patch note here.
