Killmonday Games announced the sequel to the game "Fran Bow" on its 10th anniversary. Through livestreams on TikTok, they revealed that they are working on the long-awaited sequel. However, the announcement was not dry; they presented the expansion of the game's universe in a more creative way.
Namely, the announcement itself was created in the form of a video in which Little Misfortune, the main character of the eponymous game from 2015, and her narrator guess and predict what will happen next. The video is simple as it only shows the first visual of the new sequel in the background. The characters Fran Bow, Little Misfortune, and other characters from both games are presented.
Although this was already hinted at in the game "Little Misfortune," it is now confirmed that both games take place in the same universe, mainly through background characters and story revelations. Fran Bow is shown older, suggesting that the new sequel will follow the chronological flow of events and that more will finally be revealed about all the worlds and dimensions presented ten years ago.
Fans are eagerly awaiting every new announcement that will confirm the further development of the game and what they can expect from the long-awaited and desired sequel.
