The publisher Pineapple Works, in collaboration with the American studio Deep Root Interactive, creator of the Endoparasitic series, has announced that the survival horror Endoparasitic will be available for Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 and Xbox One & Xbox Series S/X consoles from September 25, 2025.

In the game, you take on the role of a scientist who has lost three limbs and is infected with a deadly parasite. Your mission is to save the research while crawling through the corridors of a secret laboratory on a remote asteroid, fighting against mutated monsters, injecting countless vaccine shots, and trying to survive at all costs.

Endoparasitic is a tactical survival horror where every move must be performed manually – from movement to loading weapons bullet by bullet. Players must balance between moving and shooting with a limited amount of ammunition, plan exploration routes, and avoid being overwhelmed by enemies in numbers.

Key features:

  • One-handed gameplay – everything is controlled via the gamepad
  • Manual weapon loading, bullet by bullet
  • Health is represented by a parasite drilling into your brain
  • Stealth sections and puzzles
  • Four different weapons
  • Tense story and interesting characters
