Square Enix has decided to remake the Dragon Quest VII video game for the second time. The original, despite its long development time (from 1995 to 2000) and archaic graphic style, was the best-selling JRPG in Japan in 2000! After the 3DS remake in 2013, a new modernized edition will be available for all current platforms (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store)) next year.
As can be seen from the trailer, the game has been completely redesigned. Let's hope that the adventure itself will be significantly shorter compared to the original. If we are not mistaken, the battle against the first enemy occurred after 3 - 4 hours of gameplay!
