The Behemoth has announced that on June 10, 2025, two titles will arrive on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4: Alien Hominid Invasion and Alien Hominid HD. Alien Hominid Invasion is a modernized version of the original from 2004, featuring roguelike elements, non-linear progression, and support for up to four players in local or online co-op mode. On the other hand, Alien Hominid HD brings back classic 2D action with improved graphics and support for local co-op for two players.
Both titles will also be available in a joint package, The Extra Terrestrial Bundle, which offers a better price for fans of the series.
