Warner Bros. Games today announced the global launch of DC Worlds Collide, a free-to-play squad-based role-playing game set in the DC universe. Developed by Warner Bros. Games San Francisco,fans are invited to build and unite the mightiest team of DC Super Heroes and DC Super-Villains to take on a wide range of challenges in strategic 3D turn-based battles. Starting today, players worldwide can download the game on the App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android and Google Play Games for PC.

Collect Iconic DC Characters
Featuring a massive catalogue of iconic characters, players can collect more than 70 DC Super Heroes and DC Super-Villains available today, with more to be released in future updates. These include renowned characters such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn and more. Each character is faithfully rooted in their original personalities and themes, yet adapted for DC Worlds Collide with a fresh interpretation of their designs, abilities and animations all fully rendered in a bright, bold look.
In celebration of the upcoming release of “Superman,” the highly anticipated DC Studios film in theaters July 11 from Warner Bros. Pictures, Superman will be the first new character to join the roster in DC Worlds Collide. Inspired by his appearance in the film, Superman (DCU) will be available in-game starting on July 9, with Guy Gardner, Mister Terrific and Krypto arriving later this summer.
Experience an Authentic DC Story
Drawing from the DC comic storylines in “Trinity War” and “Forever Evil,” DC Worlds Collide features a thrilling storyline where the evil Crime Syndicate from another Universe has used Pandora’s Box to open a portal to escape their dying planet and invade Earth. The Justice League rises to face their evil counterparts but seemingly vanishes in defeat, leaving only Batman and Catwoman who manage to escape. After discovering an abandoned S.T.A.R. Labs base and a mysterious Mother Box that can summon DC Super Heroes and DC Super-Villains from across the realms, it is up to players to recruit these characters and form the mightiest team to take on the Crime Syndicate before they eliminate every last hero and destroy the world.
Discover Deep Strategic Play
Easy to learn, yet rewarding to master, DC Worlds Collide offers a high level of strategic depth through the sheer number of characters, abilities, collectibles and game modes offered. Players will need to strategize on elements such as character selection, traits, team positioning, order of skills and more to effectively counter enemy skills, compositions, buffs and weaknesses. As players progress, they can also collect Artifacts and Reinforcements to further boost their teams, uncover team synergies between characters to unlock unique buffs, as well as experiment with new combinations and interactions to take on even greater challenges.
Tackle Robust Game Modes
Ranging from boss battles and rotating daily events, to puzzle challenges and 5v5 player vs. player arenas, DC Worlds Collide features a large suite of 12 solo and competitive game modes that gradually increase in complexity. Challenge six individual bosses from the Crime Syndicate in Evil Falls, face off against other players to climb the leaderboard in Warworld, join a League to band together with other players in cooperative events, and much more.
DC Worlds Collide also offers 12 additional event types and 5 minigames for players to enjoy and master at their own pace. Use the Riddler’s clues to solve puzzles in the “What am I?” Riddles Event, explore maze-like levels with rogue-lite elements to uncover rewards in Digital Universe, complete missions to earn Reinforcements and new characters, or even practice Weapons Training with Deathstroke.
